Terms & Cancellation Policy

Bookings and prices

Dive packages, courses, rooms and add-ons are described on our Packages, Rooms and Learn to Dive pages. All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD). Package and course prices are per person; room prices are per room, per night. Your final price, inclusions and payment instructions are confirmed in writing (WhatsApp or email) before any payment. Prices may change until your booking is confirmed in writing.

Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer to the account named in our written confirmation. We never ask for payment to an account that has not been confirmed with you directly by us.

Cancellation and changes

Cancellation and refund terms are stated in your written booking confirmation, as they depend on the package, the accommodation and third-party boat or flight arrangements. If you need to cancel or change dates, tell us as early as possible by WhatsApp or email and we will confirm what can be refunded or moved.

Weather and safety

Dive, boat and speedboat trips depend on sea and weather conditions. Where we cancel a trip for weather or safety reasons, we will offer an alternative day or activity where possible, or refund the unused portion of that activity.

Diving requirements

Divers must hold the certification needed for the planned dive (or complete the relevant course), be medically fit to dive and follow the guide’s instructions. We may decline a dive for safety reasons. Open Water course students must be 16 or older.

Liability

Diving and water activities carry inherent risk. Goroadventures Dive Resort is not responsible for injury or loss arising from accidents during activities, except where required by law. We strongly recommend travel and dive accident insurance.
