Goroadventures Dive Resort (“we”, “us”) is the trading name of a registered Indonesian micro business (NIB 3105240047701) operating in Gorontalo. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit goroadventures.com or enquire about a booking, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Information you give us when you enquire or book, such as your name, phone number, email address, travel dates, number of guests, diving certification level and any dietary or medical information relevant to diving. We also collect basic technical data from website visits (such as pages viewed and device type) using cookies and analytics tools, including Google services.

How we use it

To answer your enquiries, arrange and confirm bookings, organise dives, transfers and accommodation, keep you safe on activities, and improve our website and advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to deliver your trip (for example with boat operators, accommodation partners and dive agencies for certification), with service providers who help us run the website, booking system and advertising, or when required by law.
